That's why we are proud to offer our GSBE Online Plan Room Service Network (OPR), which gives our members access to thousands of construction projects throughout California from the comfort of their offices.
CCBA has partnered with 22 Builders Exchanges across California to bring you the Golden State Builders Exchanges Plan Network. We have a locally grounded and state powered network. GSBE is comprised of Builders Exchanges and Associations from all over California partnering together to bring you an abundance of projects from over 45,000 plan providers, public agencies, and private developers.
Our online plan room services (OPR) make it easy to search for and view plans and specifications, order prints, and track plan holders. This service is available to our members 24/7 and can save them valuable time and resources when bidding on projects.
